GKMS - FX Trader
A nationwide digital conversion campaign designed to restore customer activity and boost in-branch transactions across key FX Trader cambio locations. In a highly competitive market - where banks, supermarkets, and independents compete for exchange customers - the campaign used geo-fencing, social display, and retargeting to drive awareness, visitation, and transaction intent.

Tactics:
- Geo-Fenced Targeting: Focused on 25 competitor cambio zones islandwide including Career Contact, Pricesmart, JN Money Shop, and Western Union.
- Social Display Ads: Extended FX Trader's mobile-first creative across premium sites and apps, mirroring the look and feel of social posts to increase engagement.
- Category & Site Targeting: Reached financial and lifestyle audiences on Jamaica Observer, Business Insider, Yahoo Mail, and Audiomack.
- Conversion Retargeting: Re-engaged exposed users who later entered geo-fenced trade areas or interacted online.
Results:
The campaign delivered 945,950 impressions, 3,291 clicks, and 2,571 weighted actions, achieving a CTR of 0.35%, CPC of US $1.57, and CPA of US $2.01. It reached 107,741 unique users and drove strong geo-fence engagement in key business zones: Career Contact, Mandeville (1,347 clicks), Pricesmart, Kingston (183 clicks), JN Money Shop, Hagley Park Rd (266 actions), and Western Union (177 actions).
Business performance correlations were observed in-branch, where GKMS Lucea recorded over 400% increase in July customer counts, and R. Dunn's Financial Services posted YOY growth of 54-72% across June-August, confirming digital-to-store impact.
Outcome:
The campaign successfully reversed customer fall-offs and reactivated traffic at key cambio locations, proving programmatic's ability to drive real-world transaction growth through data-led precision, contextual relevance, and measurable engagement
