Ariel Golden Christmas
The Ariel Golden Christmas promotion was a purchase-based promotion aimed to boost sales, increase brand awareness and affinity as well as to increase page growth and engagement. For the 8-weeks period, the promotion amassed 1,964 entries while page growth increased by 20.4%. During the Ariel Golden Christmas Promotion a number of on-the-ground promotional activities were done despite the restriction of the pandemic.

Among them were the use of the Customer Assist Function (CAGF) within the Shift Interactive WhatsApp entry platform to facilitate promoniton entries on the spot. This was done in selected supermarkets where shoppers were targeted and assisted with their submissions, In 2021, of the 1020 valid entries recorded, 208 were submitted via the Customer Assist Function.
